Morowitz Gaming Advisors, LLC Announces GAMES: The Gaming Executive Management Series

ATLANTIC CITY, N.J., July 7 /PRNewswire/ — Morowitz Gaming Advisors, LLC, a leading provider of executive education for the gaming industry for over ten years, has announced their latest seminar program GAMES: The Gaming Management Executive Series. GAMES seminars will begin in September 2008 and will run through June 2009.
Morowitz Gaming Advisors, LLC has teamed up with an all-star group of instructors to present the series. Cory Morowitz, MBA, CPA, Chairman and Managing Member of Morowitz Gaming Advisors, LLC will be leading the courses on capital budgeting, customer loyalty, forecasting and analysis, and service design. Morowitz has been a frequent lecturer at institutions across the country including The University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
John Rynkiewicz, CPA, CVA will be assisting with these courses as well. Rynkiewicz has completed several Masters Courses in corporate finance and management science at Rutgers University, applied statistics at Villanova University, and the Wharton Program for Gaming Executives.
Guest lecturers include Cameron Uhren, VP of Operations for Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation, who will be leading the slot management course. During his 25-year career, Uhren has held several senior gaming positions, including casino Manager, General Manager and Executive Director.
Jenny Holaday will bring her knowledge of casino marketing to the “Customer Loyalty and Database Management” course. Holaday has been involved with the design and development of customer loyalty programs such as the Harrah’s Total Rewards program and the One Club program for Mandalay Resorts Group, and has also served as the senior-level marketer for Harrah’s four AC casinos.
Frank Bellis and John Ceresani of The Pharos Group will be leading the course “Leadership Legacy: A Journey Of Trust And Excellence.” Bellis’s previous experiences include CEO and President of the Claridge casino in Atlantic City. Ceresani’s human resources career has spanned 26 years in the casino industry, and he most recently served as Regional Senior Vice President of Organizational Development for Caesars Entertainment.
Finally, Nicholas Casiello, Jr., Michael Barabander, and William M. Honan, partners at Fox Rothschild LLP, will contribute their extensive knowledge of corporate, employment, and labor law to the series with their course “Your Staff, Your Issues: Traps and Tips For The casino Employer.”
